'Florabundance' - Chatsworth House
24th to 28th June 2016
Come and be inspired by the colourful celebration of all things floral as the house and garden are transformed with the flower celebration, Florabundance. This year it will be the Summer that invites us to visit Chatsworth as it will be ‘bedecked’ inside with floral displays by floral designer Jonathan Moseley. In the Winter Chatsworth has a ’Preparing for Winter’ event where the house will be adorned with decoration to inspire you for the Christmas celebrations in store.
The visit to Chatsworth will include a guided tour of the house florally decorated throughout by Lead Designer, Jonathan Moseley, including the State and Guest bedrooms on the third floor.
Day 1 - Morning departure from the designated pick up points Journey to your destination with a stop en-route at a place of interest.
Following the visit the journey will continue arriving at your hotel late afternoon/early evening with time to freshen up before dinner.
Day 2 - After breakfast alight the coach to travel the short distance to Chatsworth for a guided tour of the house florally decorated throughout by Lead Designer, Jonathan Moseley,
including the State and Guest bedrooms on the third floor.
After lunch you will attend the Floral demonstration by Jonathan Moseley in the Victorian Theatre. Jonathan’s demonstration will include designs with traditional and contemporary twists.
After the demonstration alight the coach for the return journey to your hotel with time to freshen up before dinner.
Day 3 - After breakfast, check out of the hotel and alight the coach for the return journey home.
Before leaving the beautiful Peak District there will be a visit to the Chatsworth Farm Shop to browse and purchase the fabulous products and fresh farm produce to take home.
There will be a comfort stop en-route homeward arriving back at your pick up point late afternoon or early evening.
This is a great tour to take in the delights of Chatsworth House and the fabulous creations by Jonathan, one not to be missed!
